Welcome to LeadCoach, a personal website hosted at leadcoach.link offering leadership training services, digital materials, live webinars, group programs and supporter merchandise. These Terms of Service govern your use of our site, products and services.

2. Services
Our services include one-on-one coaching sessions, interactive group programs and live webinars. Enrollment requires payment of the fees displayed at checkout. Once you register, you will receive a confirmation email with session details.
2.1 Scheduling and Rescheduling
To request a new date for your coaching session or program, please notify us at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time. If notice is provided in this timeframe, we will issue a full refund or apply a credit toward another session, at your choice. Requests made less than 48 hours in advance are not eligible for a refund, but we may offer a one-time credit at our discretion.
2.2 Cancellation by LeadCoach
If LeadCoach cancels or postpones a session or webinar for any reason, you may choose another date or receive a full refund without deduction.
3. Digital Products
Our digital materials include e-books, worksheets, recorded webinars and downloadable resources accessible immediately after purchase. Due to their nature, all sales of digital products are final and not eligible for a refund once access is granted. Should you encounter technical issues or defective files, contact us and we will provide a replacement or technical assistance.
4. Physical Merchandise
Supporter merchandise is shipped to the address provided at purchase. If you wish to platform an unused item or request a credit, please ship the item back to LeadCoach Inc. within 14 calendar days of delivery. After inspection confirms the item is in original condition, we will process a credit to your original payment method. Shipping charges for exchanges are your responsibility, unless the item is defective.
5. Refunds and Credits
Approved refunds and credits are processed within 10 business days following our decision. Credits will be applied to the original payment instrument. Please allow additional time for your provider to post the credit to your account.
6. User Conduct
When accessing LeadCoach resources, you agree not to infringe intellectual property rights, distribute unlawful content or interfere with site operations. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations.
7. Intellectual Property
All content available on leadcoach.link—including text, graphics, logos, audio and video—is the property of LeadCoach Inc. or its licensors and is protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
8. Amendments
LeadCoach may update these Terms of Service at any time. The latest version will be posted here. Continued use of our site or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
